Swap the spark plug and coil on cylinder 4. Test drive the vehicle . We are unable to duplicate the misfire. We have seen a stutter at start up on a previous visit and recommend removing the intake manifold and checking for carbon build up. We recommend ths again. The customer declines

The noise seems to be coming from the steering rack. We found the steering rack bolts to be loose. After tightening the bolts the clunk is still there.This is known failure point. THe steering rack will probably need to be replaced. We are unable to replace and program the steering gear.

Scan the System Codes found in DME U040200 – Invalid Data Received from Transmission Control Module Code in Transmission P19AA00 – Input/ Turbine Speed Sensor Intermittent /Circuit Low Check the transmission fluid level it is full. Check the electrical connection to the transmission. Clear the codes and test drive the vehicle. The issue was not experienced on the test drive. If the issue returns we recommend going to transmission shop.
