    • CLUTCH WAS SEVERELY WORN. THERE WAS NO LINING LEFT ON THE DISC.
    • CHECK THE A/C BLOWS WARM
    • CHECK THE CUSTOMER WAS GETTING A BURNING SMELL THROUGH THE VENTS
    • CLUTCH PRESSURE PLATE &/OR DISC – Remove & Replace – 1.4L Eng,Gas – [DOES NOT include resurface Flywheel.]
    • STARTER ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – 1.4L Eng,Gas
    • Service air conditioner. Check condition of all lines for damage and leaks. Check the compressor (when accessible) for damage, missing hardware or leaks. Verify the compressor is not seized or locked up. Check service ports for missing caps, damaged threads and conformance with labeling. Inspect the condenser coil for damage, restrictions or leaks. Inspect the expansion device (if accessible) for physical damage or leaks. Inspect the accumulator receiver drier and in-line filter for damage, loose or missing hardware or leaks. Inspect the drive belts and pulleys. Inspect the fan clutch for leakage, bearing wear and proper operation. Inspect the cooling fan for bent or missing blades. Inspect accessible electrical connections for loose, burnt, broken or corroded parts. Pressure test the system at a minimum of 50 PSi. Verify the operation of the compressor clutch, blower motor and air control doors for proper operation. The high and low side operation pressures are as follows: Low30 High 130 . The temperature from the center vent upon completion is 40 degrees.
    • A/C COMPRESSOR – Remove & Replace – 1.4L Eng,Gas – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
    • REPLACE THE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER AND SLAVE CYLINDER. Done as customer goodwill

    • Very slight wetness on the rear shocks
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
    • There is a slight random misfire at start up. Possible carbomn on the intake valves. Recommend removing the intake manifold to check – the customer declines at this time.
    • The timing chain has been replaced but this code is stored 000833 – Camshaft Position Sensor, Implasible signal THe camshaft adjusting magnet is not functioning properly, Relace the magnet. Clear the code and test drive
