    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
    • The coolant vent line from the expansion tank to radiator is leaking. THe heater hoses and coolant flange are seeping.
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
    • REPLACE THE EXPANSION TANK VENT HOSE
    • ALTERNATOR DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace – In-Line4 – [Includes: Serpentine and V-Belt type Belt(s).]
    • COOLANT OUTLET CONNECTOR – Remove & Replace – In-Line4
    • AXLE SHAFT ASSEMBLY – Remove & Install or Remove & Replace – One Side – [NOTE: For Independent Suspension Type Axles, Axle Shaft Assembly consists of Axle Shaft, Boots and Joints.]

    • Pressure test the cooling system. No leak found. Remove the egr tube to check for an internal EGR cooler leak. no coolant present. Run the vehicle while on the rack to check for leak under load – none found. THhe customer will monitor coolant use and return if the coolant level goes low

    • Scan the system. Code Found 264192 – Brake Booster Pressure Sensor Access the brake booster pressure senor to check. Found the wires the pressure sensor to be chewed by a rodent. The brake booster must be removed to repair the wiring.
