- Scan the DME Codes found 11AC02 – Fuel High Pressure, Plausibility, Cold Start: Pressure too Low 119308 – Rail Pressure Sensor, Plausibility, Pressure too Low Before Engine Start. 213A21 – Vehicle Voltage to Low Check fuel pressure – it is 0. CHewck power to the fuel pump. It is good. Recommend replacing the fuel pump. We charged the battery for the voltage code.
