    • Scanned DME and found codes as follows: p2196 – Oxygen Sensor Stuck Rich, Bank 1, Sensor 1 P0431 – Warm up Catalyst Efficiency, Bank 2 We found the exhaust to catalyst bolts to be loose and the gaskets to be bad. Replace as part of the clutch job. Recommend driving the car. If the light return will need to get the car back in.

    • Pressure test the cooling system. The right side coolant flange sleeve is leaking but both sleeves are corroded. Recommend replacing both coolant flange sleeves.
    • COOLING SYSTEM – Bleed
    • REPLACE THE COOLANT FLANGE SLEEVES
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
