    • The rear brake pad sensor were installed in the outer brake pads(should be in the inner). The wire on the left has worn through from rubbing on the brake disc. Both side were installed this incorrectly. Replace the left rear brake pads sensor and properly install the right side rear brake pad sensor.
    • The central convenience module test bad. This unit requires requires dealer programming. Sent to the dealer
    • The tailgate lights are not getting power. Check the operation of the light control switch – good. Recommend diagnosis of the electrical system

    • The motor mounts look fine. There is some purple staining from when the old mounts leaked.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.

Inspect the expansion device (if accessible) for physical damage or leaks. Inspect the accumulator receiver drier and in-line filter for damage, loose or missing hardware or leaks. Inspect the drive belts and pulleys. Inspect the fan clutch for leakage, bearing wear and proper operation. Inspect the cooling fan for bent or missing blades. Inspect accessible electrical connections for loose, burnt, broken or corroded parts. Pressure test the system at a minimum of 50 PSi. Verify the operation of the compressor clutch, blower motor and air control doors for proper operation. The high and low side operation pressures are as follows: High Low .
