    • CHECK FLUID LEAK UNDER CAR – THE COOLANT LIGHT IS ON
    • CHECK OIL LEAKS FOR REPAIR
    • ENGINE OIL FILTER HOUSING – Remove and Replace – All Applicable Models
    • REPLACE THE COOLANT HOSE FROM THE THERMOSTAT TO THE CYLINDER HEAD
    • Replace front brake pad linings AND SENSOR. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.

    • Scanned DME and found codes as follows: 17608 – Boost Pressure Control Valve, Mechanical Malfunction 16795 – Secondary Air, Incorrect flow Found the Boost Pressure valve to be bad. Recommend replacing the Boost Pressure Valve. Found the secondary air pump to be separating. Recommend removing the air pump and replacing the rivets.
    • R and R SECONDARY AIR PUMP, DRILL OUT RIVETS, REPLACE WITH BOLTS AND NUTS
    • REPLACE THE BOOST PRESSURE VALVE
