- CHECK BURNING SMELL IN CAB OF VEHICLE
- Scanned DME and found codes as follows: CATALYTIC CONVERTER CODES. HAPPENED TWICE RIGHT AFTER CCVV REPAIR. CLEAR CODES, ROAD TEST AND RECHECK
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
- CONTROL ARM – Remove and Replace – Lower,All,Both Sides – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
- VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove and Replace – All Applicable Models
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- Replace front brake pad linings, pad linnng sensor. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
