- Not Checked – off road tires
- Pressure test the cooling system. The expansion tank is leaking. We recommend replacing the expansion tank and rechecking. On the recheck we a second cooling leak at the fitting between the water pump and the thermostat. The water pump and thermostat were also replaced with customer approval.
- EXPANSION TANK – Remove & Replace – 4.8L Eng
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
- Replace the water pump thermostat and intake socket.
